Simea & Basil's Intimate Summer Wedding at Schloß Altshausen in Southern Germany
Simea and Basil's July wedding at Schloß Altshausen in southern Germany was truly such a magical day. Surrounded by friends and family who traveled from all over Europe, including so many guests from Switzerland, their celebration brought together people from different places and cultures to celebrate two people who are so clearly, completely in love. Having the opportunity to capture their wedding on both digital and film was a dream!
The day was bright, colorful, and full of so much joy. Schloß Altshausen, a beautiful historic castle in the town of Altshausen, was the perfect setting for their intimate European destination wedding. Surrounded by hills, mountains, and lakes, it was truly a dream come true.
As a Czech photographer, I have such a soft spot for Central Europe, and southern Germany has so much charm. The beautiful towns, historic architecture, and relaxed summer atmosphere make this part of Europe such a special place to photograph weddings, and I would love nothing more than to keep documenting celebrations throughout Germany and across Europe.
